A year ago when I purchased my home, I had a leak right before I moved in - of course! I called Fidelity Home Warranty and they assigned Captain Rooter and Plumbing. Will came out and fixed the problem and showed me some other essentials (how to turn off water in the bathrooms, etc.). Fast forward to a year later and, yep, another leak!! I contacted Will (via FHW) and he was able to come out and fix the leak. Having plumbing issues is NEVER fun, but Will makes me worry a little less when he's on the job.
